  A rebuilt and upgraded FlexNet-Digi node, N2NSA-2-3 is now on line at
on a tall building, overlooking the Hudson River, at Midtown Manhattan,
New York County, NY [FN30as].  N2NSA-2-3 is a call change from the previous
N2NSA-9-15.  The upgrade is the addition of a new UHF 9k6 Link to/from
WA2SNA at Wanaque, Passaic County, NJ.  WA2SNA is on the N/S 9k6 backbone
that runs through NENJ around the west side of NYC.  The new 9k6 link provides
the backbone feed directly into Manhattan where it continues on to KB2VLX at
Bronx County, NY.

NYC, New York County, NY  [FN30as].  It is operating on a 486 PC with 5
logical channels called ports.

Manhattam area of NYC and the Eastern area of NENJ, using FlexNet protocol.
