  hub0.northeastus.ampr.org (AKA hub0.mfnos.net) and hub128.northeastus.-
ampr.org (AKA hub128.mfnos.net) are two statically IP-allocated amprnet
gateways running MFNOS which switch 44-net packets for numerous other smaller
amprnet gateways that are geographically scattered around different regions of
the world, including USA EastNet. Some of these are dynamically IP-allocated. 
For all intents and purposes, both of these machines are "invisible", that is,
there are no end-user services running on them and an end-user cannot connect
to or log into them.

Their purposes are defined as follows:

hub0.northeastus.ampr.org (hub0.mfnos.net)

Handles incoming traffic to 44.0/9 (USA) gateways it services
     from all sources
Handles outgoing traffic from all gateways both machines service
     to 44.0/9 (USA) destinations
Handles outgoing traffic from 44.0/9 (USA) gateways it services
     to non-amprnet (i.e. internet) destinations
